Digital Citizen Month #DigCitizen Interview

On July 2 I was interviewed by Ananda Leeke about what digital citizenship means to me. Ananda Leeke and I met at the State of the Union Social in 2014. We have stayed in touch because we are both passionate about digital citizenship/public engagement.

The interview was a casual conversation that really inspired me because Ananda is just as passionate as I am about the subject that I research.  She understands the audience needs as well as how to engage social media readers. Check out her social media:

But, don’t just listen to mine! Listen all month to the Ananda Leeke show and hear people talk about what Digital Citizenship means to them.

I am a professor, pretend political pundit, media critic, and the author of the upcoming book: Political Rhetoric, Social Media, and American Presidential Campaigns: Candidates' Use of New Media. (December 2020 Lexington Books) Critiquing and monitoring social media/media in the political process is what I do. I live for American Presidential Campaigns.
